Where do you ship?

This website is currently only open for Canadian orders. For our U.S. and International customers, please kindly visit our Etsy Store.

 

Do I receive a mail tracking number for my order?

Tracking is included for Standard and Express deliveries. Please note that tracking is not included with Lettermail (this option is available for purchases consisting only of stationery valued at $30 or less).

 

Would I be able to receive my order by (this date)?

I cannot guarantee delivery times, and estimated delivery dates are location-dependent. I strive to process and ship orders within 2-3 business days upon purchase, but actual delivery times rely on Canada Post/UPS and your local postal service.

 

Do you accept exchanges or refunds?

We gladly accept returns for stationery items that are not customized within 45 days of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition; any loss in value is the buyer's responsibility.

Please note that our apparel is currently made to order, making clothing items non-exchangeable and non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to reach out. Your satisfaction is my utmost priority!
